Portable comfort that’s as kind to the planet as it is to your head. Our popular Compressible Pillow is perfect for everyone from international travelers to car campers. The pillow foam is sourced from upcycled foam from our pad manufacturing and the cover is made from ultra-soft polyester made from mostly recycled materials. Its soft foam filling packs small and expands big, with the XL size measuring a generous 16.5 x 27 in. (42 x 67 cm) for home-like comfort wherever you are.
The Expander liner is made from a premium stretch knit poly-cotton, making it super stretchy and even warmer than a standard cotton weave liner. The anti-microbial treatment keeps microbial life, thus bad odors, at bay which also helps prolong the life of your liner and sleeping bag; it won't wash out of the liner and does not use nano-sized particles.
Still a favorite of the ultralight elite, the Z Lite mattresses are our lightest, most compact closed-cell mattresses. The proprietary foams are softer on top for extra comfort and denser on the bottom for extra durability. Wherever you're headed, a Z Lite mattress is the right choice for ultralight warmth, durability and comfort.

Our Comfort Plus Insulated sleeping mats with their dual layer construction provide the most effective system for fine-tuning the level of comfort available in any air mattress today. The two independent high-resolution cell layers give excellent support by distributing your body weight and shape over more cells. The two layers are also offset for more uniform insulation and cushioning. Because the two layers can be pressurized independently, the top layer can be inflated to your personal comfort, while maintaining a high-pressure base layer for protection from rough or uneven terrain. Both layers can be adjusted independently using the fine tune valve to get just the right level of softness and support. We use Exkin® Platinum, a quiet non-woven fabric, to reflect radiant heat loss back to the user and Thermolite® insulation to prevent convective heat loss between your body and the ground.
