Terms and Policies
All customers who rent equipment will be required to create a customer account which includes their full name, phone number and email.
One Day Rental: “One Day” is classified as one full day spanning from 12pm-12pm.
Additional Day: “additional day” is classified as a consecutive 24hr (12pm-12pm) period following the first day’s rental. Additional day will also be charged if pickup is required between 10am-12pm.
**Any rentals picked up on Saturday will automatically be charged the “additional day” rate as the store hours do not allow for a return of gear on Sunday.**
All rental charges must be paid for in full at the time of pick-up. Payment can be made with cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard or a Radical Edge Gift Card. Current, valid photo identification (driver's license or passport) must be shown for all rentals. Regardless of payment method, a valid credit card must be provided as collateral against damage or loss.
Reservations may be made up to one month in advance.
Credit Towards Purchase
One day's rental fee may be refunded from the purchase of the same equipment within 30 days of the rental (proof of rental required). This policy does not apply to discounted items.
Cancellation or reservations less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the first day's rate.
Rentals that are returned past due will be charged the first day’s rate for each day late.
Damaged, Lost or Stolen Equipment
If rental equipment is returned in damaged or dirty condition, the renter will be responsible for cleaning and repair costs. The shop rate is $20/hr labour plus any parts needed to restore it to usable condition. If equipment is lost, stolen or unrepairable, the renter will be charged the full retail value of the item.
